    Experience

    Ms. McQueen has been practicing criminal law both as a prosecutor and a defense attorney for over 20 years. She has handled more than 70 jury trials with a 95% success rate, and used to instruct police officers, Police Academy trainees, prosecutors and other Attorneys. Mindy enjoys a great reputation and receives many DUI referrals from other lawyers and from past and current clients. Her practice is based in Ventura County, and her practice is limited to DUI defense and DMV issues (including negligent operator hearings).

    Ms. McQueen graduated from the University of Washington and received her Juris Doctorate degree in 1988 from the University of Denver College of Law.
